1.Measure blood sugar.
2.Drink half a cup of regular soda or sweet fruit juice and have a hard candy or jelly. If you don't have a meal, eat something. 15 to 20 grams of carbohydrate (carbohydrate) can raise blood sugar levels.
3.Lie back and take a break.
