.Measure blood sugar.
.Drink half a cup of regular soda or sweet fruit juice and have a hard candy or jelly. If you don't have a meal, eat something. 15 to 20 grams of carbohydrate (carbohydrate) can raise blood sugar levels.
.Lie back and take a break.
.15~20 minutes later, take another blood glucose test. If your blood sugar is still low, add another 15-20 grams of sugar and eat something.
5. Observe. Focus on how you feel half an hour later.
.If symptoms persist, measure your blood sugar again an hour after eating. If your blood sugar is low, continue to snack.
.If after two hours, blood sugar remains low or symptoms do not improve, seek medical advice.
